- 600 beacon score on credit report.
- 3 times the monthly rent income from combined applications.
- Co-signers with a 600 beacon score or double deposits may also be accepted if one of these qualifications isn't met.
- Deposits are equal to one month’s rent.
- Application fees are $40 each.
- Leases for rentals with “Now!” move in dates must be started within 14 days.
